About The Wave

The Wave offers beachfront, pet friendly accommodation, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. It has three bedrooms, one with single bunk beds and two doubles, one with an en-suite shower, the other a en-suite lavatory. There is also a wet room, utility room, kitchen with dining table and lounge all with uninterrupted views overlooking Sheringham beach.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests and a cot bed is available on request.

The Wave – Front of the property

There is no allocated parking at the property, however there is space outside the front of the property to unload and load your vehicle. There’s plenty of free off street parking close to the property.

The public benches at the front offer the perfect spot for a morning tea or coffee whilst taking in the spectacular views and sea air.

The enclosed garden at the rear of the property is a shared space and currently used for access only.

  • Views – Uninterrupted sea views over Sheringham’s blue flag beaches and historic fisherman’s slope.

Things to know…

  • The Wave is accessed from West Cliff just off the promenade between The Fisherman’s Lifeboat Museum and The Whelk Coppers Tea Room.
  • There is no allocated parking at the property, however there is space directly outside the property to unload and load your vehicle. You will find plenty of off street parking just round the corner.
  • The enclosed rear garden is a shared space. It’s currently used for access only.
  • There are 4 beds – 2 doubles and 2 single bunk beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for occasional guests and cot bed is available on request.
  • Pets are welcome, however we kindly request they do not go on the beds. They are welcome on the sofa when using a throw. Please bring your own pet beds and throw. There is a towel, water and food bowl at the property.
  • There’s central heating throughout, this is preset and can be remotely controlled or easily adjusted if required.
  • The floors are either wood or tiled, so you may want to bring some slippers.
  • The stairs in the property are quite steep, there is a hand rail. You may wish to bring a stair gate if you have very young children.
  • You will find essential items such as tea and coffee and milk in the fridge, but you will need to bring all your other food supplies.
  • There is a television at the property with Chromecast (No terrestrial or satellite), however, you are welcome to sign in to your own subscriptions such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Sky Go.
  • There is free WiFi via superfast broadband.
  • There is a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker.
  • Bedding and towels are provided.
  • You will need to bring beach towels.
  • We kindly request no smoking, house parties or barbecues.
